Ink Worldwide is a privately owned limited company based in Sale which is in South Manchester on the Cheshire border. Company registered in England 5007387. VAT Registration 841 6245 36. The company has grown in size since it's launch in January 2004 and so has it's customer base. This is because the company supplies high quality products at low cost with an excellent after sales service. Ink Worldwide Ltd and it's staff feel that the relationship between the customer and themselves should be special. Jonathan Brokenbrow is a director at Ink Worldwide and these are his views. "Our company thrives and only thrives as a result of repeat business from satisfied customers. We are here to provide excellent customer service, high quality products and the best prices for the quality of goods that we supply. There are certainly differing standards of quality in the market that we are in. Our customers pay the lowest cost for the highest quality. We also adopt a 'Can Do' policy. This means if we have not got what a customer wants, we will get it! Our 10% Off scheme for registered customers is also doing very well. It saves our members money and we don't bombard them with emails, just 3 or 4 per year to mention any special offers "

Paul Brokenbrow (Director) has been involved in retail for years and going into the internet business was a change. Paul says "I am very pleased with our performance. The compatible inkjet printer cartridges we provide are manufactured to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2000 Standard and production methods and systems are checked by external examiners to ensure quality for our customers.

| Delivery |
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 4pm on any working day the same day. Although the vast majority of orders are delivered within between 24 and 48 hours, please allow upto 15 days for delivery. Please be aware that orders taken via the telephone or fax are not processed until the following working day. |
Royal Mail are our carriers for deliveries. |
Citylink are our carriers for heavy or more expensive items. |
UK Mainland deliveries should be made 24-48 from time of order but, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery can take upto 15 days. We are unable to track Ordinary Royal Mail post until this period has elapsed and we take no responsibility for it. If delivery has not taken place within 28 days of the date of dispatch, and the customer has not informed us, we will take no responsibilty for it's loss. |

24 months quality warranty on inkjet products.

Our compatible products are manufactured under the strictest controls. The performance and reliability of our products are equivalent to or exceed those of the original product. Nevertheless, should a product prove to be defective, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. |
Furthermore, we guarantee that our ink cartridges will not damage or alter the performance of the printer or photocopier. In the unlikely event that any of our products is proven to have caused damage to a printer or photocopier, we will pay the repair costs, but only to the maximum of the current printer or copier value. We expect to be informed of any problem before a printer is taken for repair if it is believed that a product of ours has caused the problem. If we are not informed before a third party inspection/repair we will not accept any responsibility for it. We exclude any consequential loss incurred by the damage of the printer or copier. |
If a repair is required our Quality Control department will decide whether the equipment should be sent to us or to a third party technician (transport cost to be met by the customer). We reserve the right to have the equipment inspected by an independent expert. |
Liability for damage will not be accepted if the printer cartridge is not used according to our instructions or mishandled in any way or if the printer manual instuctions are not adhered to. |

Returns |

Should you experience any problems with our products you should contact us immediately at our Help Desk under Contact Us on our home page. We have a comprehensive guarantee policy which you will find under Guarantees and refunds. We are unable to accept goods no longer required by the customer if 21 days have passed since the date of purchase, unless the goods are faulty. Please be aware that any returned products will need to have a reference assigned to them. If a customer sends an item back to us without having been given a return reference number then we will take no responsibility for any replacements or any refund. Refunds can take upto 28 days. |
