Delivery Schedule

Please be aware that during adverse weather conditions deliveries might be delayed. We can't be held responsible for late deliveries during such conditions.

Deliveries (UK Mainland) are free of charge. If a customer chooses to opt for UK courier service then a subsidized amount of £3.50 is payable. This service is usually taken during Royal Mail industrial action.

More detailed delivery information can be obtained by clicking on Shipping & Handling under Shopping Guide in the left side menu of our home page. 

All orders placed before 3.00PM will be despatched during the same working day (mon-fri), the majority of orders will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post, but if your order contains weighty items such as paper and CD's this may be sent via courier.

Please note, that we do not charge extra for shipping 1st class post, as we would like you to receive your order as soon as possible!!

Please allow 2 -5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland), the majority of orders however are received the following working day. If your order has not arrived after the fifth working day, please contact our customer services department on 0161 969 3200, or use our Help Desk under Contact Us on our website and we will chase your order. Due to the constraints of the Royal Mail system, we are unable to chase any orders before the 5th working day has elapsed. The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt.

When chasing an order, please make sure you have your contact details and order number ready, as we will need this information.

If a delivery requires a signature and there is nobody to sign then a card will be left by either Royal Mail or a courier company. The information from Royal Mail will be to collect the parcel from a local sorting office. If a courier has left a card there will be a telephone number to call to arrange re-delivery. If a customer fails to act on this information and the goods are unwanted and returned to us, there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the order. If we have to re-send the goods there will be a delivery charge ranging between £3 and £10.

Deliveries outside the UK but within the EU can take up to 20 working days to be delivered.

Deliveries outside the EU can take up to 25 working days to be delivered.

Please be aware that if a customer enters an incorrect delivery address and the goods are lost then we cannot be held responsible.

Orders within the EU under £20, delivery is £5. Orders over £20 delivery is free. Orders outside the EU, delivery is £10 regardless of order value. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the cost of sending it proves to be too expensive.

10% Discount

Our 10% Discount On All Future Orders applies only to compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges. It does not apply to remanufactured toner cartridges or original (OEM) products.

Order Fulfillment Policy

Ink Worldwide shall fulfill the customer's order as soon as possible after confirming or receiving payment.
If Ink Worldwide cannot ship an order within 7 days after receiving payment, the customer will be notified and will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order or to have an alternative recommended.
Most the items can be shipped within 7 days.
However, an item can be sold out at any time. In such a case, the customer will be notified and will have the following options:
1. Receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order.
2. Order an alternate item and pay any extra amount required or receive a partial refund if the alternate item has a different price from original item ordered.

Guarantee

All Ink Worldwide products are guaranteed 100%. We offer a no quibble 12 Months guarantee on ink cartridges (3 months for remanufactured or reconditioned units). Normally we require any remanufactured, reconditioned or original products to be returned to us for testing before any replacement or refund is issued. If any product is returned and deemed NOT to be faulty, we will not replace or refund. The cost of returning a product deemed to be faulty will be met by us. We do not accept any consequential losses due to a product being deemed to be faulty.

If you do experience any problems with your order, or the products, please contact our Customer Services unit on 0161 969 3200 immediately, or use our Help Desk found under Contact Us on our website.
We reserve the right to inspect any printer that a customer suggests has been damaged by any of our products. This must apply before any 3rd party repairer is involved.
Any installation instructions supplied with our products must be carefully followed. Any installation instructions shown in your printer manual must also be clearly followed.
If a problem arises due to a customer not following either our guide or the printer manufacturer's then we will not be held responsibe for any damage or loss. 

"Your statutory rights are not affected"

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Services team on 0161 969 3200, they will issue you with a returns reference which must be presented with the returned product / s.

PLEASE BE AWARE. If a product is returned to us, for ANY reason, without a returns reference it will not be able to enter our systems and therefore will not be dealt with.
In such cases, no replacements or refunds will be issued.

It is in the customer's interest to use recorded delivery when returning items to us.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post. 

Your Right to Cancel

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Our period is 28 days.

If, after 28 days, a customer wishes to return unused goods, we will issue a credit against a future order. No actual monetary refunds are given. 

If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 0161 969 3200 informing us of your intention to return the goods, you will be given a returns reference. PLEASE BE AWARE. If a product is returned to us, for ANY reason, without a returns number it will not be able to enter our systems and therefore will not be dealt with. In such cases, no replacements or refunds will be issued. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.

The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.

Order Acceptance Policy

The customer can cancel his/her order partially or completely anytime and receive a refund.

Ink Worldwide reserves the right to reject any orders from any customer for any reason. 

Ink Worldwide also cannot be held liable for any items confiscated by customs officials in the customer's country.

We (Ink Worldwide) do not disclose buyer's information to third parties outside of our core business or directly connected associates. Your information will only be used lawfully in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. Data will only be used internally to gauge advertising effectiveness; we may from time to time use your information to notify you of special offers etc, if you would prefer not to be contacted at all, please contact our Customer Services unit on 0161 969 3200, or use our Help Desk found under Contact Us on our website.

Remittance Terms

Payment will be made at time of ordering; your card will be debited once your order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to alter the price of any product listed on our website at any time.

If we have agreed to give a customer an account then we expect payment to be made no later than 30 days after the invoice date. We may, in certain cases, require payment within 7 days. This is dependent on the order value.
