Your Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds can take upto 30 days to be processed.
If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 0800 980 1079 informing us of your intention to return the goods, you will be given a returns reference.
PLEASE BE AWARE. If a product is returned to us, for ANY reason, without a returns number it will not be able to enter our systems and therefore will not be dealt with. In such cases, no replacements or refunds will be issued.
All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days. The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing items or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. If a customer has unused products that are no longer required, we will refund for them provided that the use by date has not passed. We will charge 15% against the refund as a re-stocking fee if no other products are purchased. If any suggested faulty product is returned and deemed NOT to be faulty, we will not replace or refund. If a customer orders incorrectly and returns products after the 7 day cooling off period described above we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.
Faulty Products
If you experience a problem with any product, we need to be made aware of it within 48 hours of detection. If we are not notified within 48 hours of detection we can't be held responsible. Our service does offer complete replacement cover but if a customer discovers a problem and does not report it for a long period, we are unable to assist as the product will be beyond any help.
After you have been issued with a Returns Reference Number, which is required otherwise we will not accept, you will need to send the product(s) back to us by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This eliminates the possibility of items going missing and the postal costs will be refunded. If you return an item without using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service we can't guarantee receipt and if it is lost in post we will not be held responsible.
Please be aware that if you return something by Royal Mail Special Delivery we will only refund the cost of recorded delivery.
