Shipping & Handling
Our UK delivery service is operated by either Royal Mail, ANC or FedEx. Please be aware that during adverse weather conditions deliveries might be delayed. We can't be held responsible for late deliveries during such conditions. Deliveries by ANC or FedEx do not take place on Saturday or Sunday.
Royal Mail deliveries are always First Class and our courier service is 24 to 48 hour delivery depending on what time an order was placed. Deliveries might take an extra 24 hours should there be a stock issue
Order value and weight are normally the reasons for switching between our two services.
1. If your order has a value less than £50, it will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Service. There is no tracking information for this service and deliveries can take upto 5 working days although the vast majority take place next day.
2. If your order is valued between £50 and £70, it will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service.
The same applies as in point 1 but a signature will be required from the recipient upon delivery. If there is nobody to sign for the goods they will be taken back to your local sorting office for you to arrange another delivery time or for you to collect. A card should be left at the delivery address advising of a failed delivery containing information on how to proceed. A tracking code is available with this service. Contact us for this information if your order is late.
3. If your order is valued at over £70 or over a certain weight it will be sent via courier.
This service always requires a signature from the recipient at the delivery address. If there is nobody to sign for the goods they will be taken back to the courier's nearest depot to your address for you to arrange another delivery time or for you to collect. A card should be left at the delivery address advising of a failed delivery containing information on how to proceed. A tracking code is available with this service. Contact us for this information if your order is late.
Deliveries outside the UK but within the EU can take up to 20 working days to be delivered.
Deliveries outside the EU can take up to 25 working days to be delivered.

When chasing an order, please make sure you have your contact details and order number ready, as we will need this information.
Please be aware that if a customer enters an incorrect delivery address and the goods are lost then we cannot be held responsible.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt.
Please be aware that the customer must inform us if an order has not been delivered after a 5 working day period.
If a UK order is not received after 5 working days the customer must inform us. We will then issue the customer with a P91 declaration form either by email or by post. The customer must sign the P91 to declare that the order was not received. Upon receipt of the original signed P91, we will re-send the goods. If a customer fails to sign and return the P91 we will assume that the order was received.
Order Fulfillment Policy
Ink Worldwide shall fulfill the customer's order as soon as possible after confirming or receiving payment. If Ink Worldwide cannot ship an order within 7 days after receiving payment, the customer will be notified and will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order or to have an alternative recommended. An item can be sold out at any time. In such a case, the customer will be notified and will have the following options: 1. Receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order. 2. Order an alternate item and pay any extra amount required or receive a partial refund if the alternate item has a different price from original item ordered.
